About ReGen Wellness Clinic
ReGen Wellness Clinic was founded with a simple belief: exceptional care begins with meaningful connection.

Rachel Foss, RN
Co-Founder
Rachel Foss, RN, brings an extensive background in cardiology and critical care to ReGenWellness Clinic. Her clinical career began at the bedside, caring for patients in high-acuity cardiac and critical care settings, and later evolved into executive-level clinical operations leadership. In this role, she oversaw cardiology services across three hospitals and seven outpatient clinics, including cardiac catheterization labs—supporting both patient outcomes and the clinical teams who serve them.
While Rachel deeply valued building systems that supported large-scale patient care, she found herself missing something essential: the opportunity to slow down, listen, and connect with people one-on-one.
A Shift Toward Purposeful Care
In 2022, Rachel co-founded Minnesota IV Hydration & Wellness with her business partner, Katie Close, RN. That work emerged from observing how healthcare was delivered during and after the pandemic—and recognizing that healing, recovery, and wellness often require support outside of traditional hospital systems.
Through Minnesota IV Hydration, Rachel rediscovered the importance of time, presence, and individualized care. Working directly with clients reaffirmed what mattered most: meaningful conversations, personalized treatment plans, and care that meets people where they are.
That experience ultimately led to the creation of ReGen Wellness Clinic.
Why Aesthetics at ReGen
For Rachel, aesthetics is not about changing how someone looks—it’s about helping people feel more like themselves. She values the opportunity to listen carefully, understand what a client is truly hoping to achieve, and guide them toward results that feel natural, thoughtful, and aligned with who they are.
Aesthetic care at ReGen is rooted in trust and communication. Rachel believes the best outcomes come from collaboration—taking the time to understand concerns, preferences, and goals, and then applying medical expertise with restraint and intention.
Our Philosophy
At ReGen, care is never rushed and never transactional. We believe in:
- Treating people as individuals, not appointments
- Creating a supportive, fulfilling workplace for our nurses
- Delivering high-quality, medically grounded care with intention
- Building relationships rooted in trust, presence, and expertise
Rachel’s passion lies not only in caring for patients, but in building a clinical home where both patients and providers can thrive—where work-life balance is respected, and care is delivered with integrity.
ReGen Wellness Clinic is the result of that vision: a place where medical expertise, connection, and thoughtful care come together.

Katie Close, RN, BSN
Co-Founder
Katie Close, RN, BSN, is a highly skilled clinician whose work is defined by both clinical excellence and deep respect for the human experience. With a background in neuroscience nursing and cardiology, Katie brings a sharp clinical mind and a decisive, engaged approach to every patient she serves.
What sets Katie apart is not only her expertise, but her ability to connect. She meets people where they are—patients, families, and colleagues alike—and leads with authenticity, energy, and genuine care. For Katie, patients are never diagnoses or appointments; they are human beings, and that perspective is never lost in her work.
She is the kind of nurse you would trust without hesitation—the provider you would want caringfor you, and the one you would choose for your mother.
A Foundation Built on People
As a co-founder of Minnesota IV Hydration & Wellness and ReGen Wellness Clinic, Katie has helped shape organizations grounded in integrity, teamwork, and patient-first values. She is deeply invested in supporting people at every level—fostering connection and creating clinical environments where everyone feels respected, energized, and valued.
Katie’s leadership style is hands-on and people-centered, driven by passion, engagement, and high standards of care.
A Holistic, Forward-Thinking Approach
Beyond aesthetics, Katie offers holistic and functional nurse visits designed for clients who want deeper, more personalized care. These extended one-on-one sessions allow time to truly understand the individual—reviewing medical history, laboratory data, lifestyle factors, and underlying contributors to health concerns.
Katie works closely with clients during these visits, often spending an hour or more together, to thoughtfully connect the dots and develop meaningful, individualized care strategies. Her approach is curious, thorough, and proactive—focused on understanding the whole person rather than treating isolated symptoms.
Clients often see Katie as a trusted partner and advocate—someone who listens closely, thinks critically, and genuinely cares about long-term well-being.
At ReGen, Katie’s work reflects a belief that exceptional care is both clinical and deeply personal—rooted in expertise, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to people.
